बढ़ती गर्मी के कारण स्कूलों के समय में हुआ बदलाव, भोपाल कलेक्टर ने किया आदेश जारी

भोपाल। गर्मी के प्रकोप के चलते भोपाल में स्कूल लगने के समय में बदलाव किया गया है। भोपाल कलेक्टर द्वारा इस संबंध में आदेश भी जारी कर दिया गया है। आदेश के मुताबिक अब भोपाल में सभी स्कूल सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 12:30 बजे तक लगेंगे। लेकिन इस दौरान मूल्यांकन का कार्य लगातार जारी रहेगा जिससे रिजल्ट समय पर जारी किया जा सके।

अप्रैल में स्कूलों के संचालन का उद्देश्य यह होता है कि बच्चों का 10 से 30 फीसदी सिलेबल पूरा करवाया जा सके और उन्हें छुट्टियों के लिए होम वर्क दिया जा सके, ताकि बच्चे गर्मी की छुट्टियों में पढ़ाई कर के आने वाले सत्र के लिए पहले से तैयार रहें। छुट्टियों में पढ़ाई से दूरी न रहे इसलिए भी होम वर्क देना बच्चों के लिए अच्छा निर्णय साबित होता है।

बच्चों के हिसाब से गर्मी काफी बढ़ने लगी है। ऐसे में उनकी सेहत को किसी तरह का नुकसान न हो इसलिए प्रशासन द्वारा ये कदम उठाया गया है। इसलिए स्कूलों के समय में बदलाव किया गया है, ताकि बच्चों का स्वास्थ्य भी ठीक रहे और पढ़ाई का नुकसान भी न हो।
इस समय स्कूलों में बोर्ड परीक्षा की कॉपियों का मूल्यांकन कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद ही रिजल्ट घोषित किया जाएगा।

मध्य प्रदेश में कोरोना वायरस की दूसरी लहर का असर अब छात्रों पर पड़ रहा है। प्री बोर्ड की परीक्षा 12 अप्रैल से आयोजित होने वाली निरस्त कर दी गई है। इसकी जानकारी स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री इंदर सिंह परमार ने दी है।

प्रदेश में बढ़ते कोरोना के मामले को देखते हुए स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री इंदर सिंह परमार ने परीक्षाएं स्थगित करने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए फ़िलहाल प्री बोर्ड की परीक्षाएं स्थगित करने की तैयारी की जा रही है। ज्ञात हो कि प्रदेश में 10वीं और 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षाएं 12 अप्रैल से होनी थी।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान 15 अप्रैल को मध्य प्रदेश के सभी जिलों के कलेक्टर से कोरोना संक्रमण की स्थिति और इसके रोकथाम के लिए की गई तैयारियों को लेकर चर्चा करेंगे, इसके बाद ही बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को लेकर कोई निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

गौरतलब है कि प्रदेश में कोरोना का ग्राफ़ तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है। इसे लेकर शासन प्रशासन द्वारा सख्ती बरती जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री सड़क पर निकल कर लोगों को जागरूक करने के प्रयास कर रहे हैं। वहीं बिना मास्क घूम रहे लोगो के चालान बनाये जा रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान (Shivraj Singh Chouhan) ने आज संकेत दिए है कि 1 अप्रैल से स्कूल नहीं खुलेंगे । आज मीडिया से चर्चा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में जैसे कोरोना के मामले सामने आ रहे है ऐसी परिस्थिति में स्कूल को खोला जाना सही नहीं है।

मध्यप्रदेश में फिर से कोरोना मामले में तेजी देखी गई है। जिसके बाद प्रदेश के तीन प्रमुख शहर भोपाल, इंदौर और जबलपुर में 31 मार्च तक स्कूल व कॉलेज ना खुलने का फैसला लिया गया था। वहीं इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने स्कूल खोलने को लेकर बड़ा बयान देते हुए कहा था कि यदि संक्रमण की रफ्तार यही रही तो स्कूल खोलने के निर्णय पर दुबारा विचार किया जाएगा।

23 मार्च से प्रदेश में कोरोना के लिए सायरन अभियान चलाया जाएगा

कोरोना के बढ़ते केस पर बयान देते हुए शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि 23 मार्च से प्रदेश में कोरोना के लिए अभियान चलाया जाएगा। जहां सभी शहरों में सायरन बजाया जाएगा। वही सुबह 11:00 बजे 2 मिनट के लिए जो जहां खड़ा है, वही रुकेगा और मास्क पहन कर संकल्प लेगा ।

मेरी होली-मेरे घर का नारा

शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि वह खुद सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के मार्क और गोले बनाने के लिए निकलेंगे। शाम 7:00 बजे शहरों में दोबारा सायरन बजेगा। इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कल क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप की बैठक में होली को लेकर भी बैठक की जाएगी। जहां मेरी होली-मेरे घर का नारा दिया जा सकता है। बढ़ते संक्रमण में होली बाहर नहीं खेली जाएगी।

Every MP govt school to have Maa ki Bagia: CM Chouhan

BHOPAL: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said all government schools will have Maa Ki Bagia (kitchen garden) for growing seasonal vegetables. The motto of kitchen gardens are to provide fresh vegetables to students, he said. Chouhan made the above remark at Minto Hall on Thursday, when he virtually inaugurated 2,500 kitchen sheds and 7,100 kitchen gardens.

At the virtual function, he also spoke to some women of self-help groups who prepare mid-day meal in schools. The cook of a primary school at Fanda in Bhopal Sunita Maran said that she had named the kitchen garden of her school as ‘Ma Ki Bagia.’ Chouhan said that he had agreed about the name and that he would christen the kitchen garden of his residence as ‘Ma Ki Bagia.’

He said kitchen garden would be set up in every government school under MNREGA. If there is lack of space in any school for it, garden can be set up in any other area in the village where the institution is located, he said. He also appealed to school authorities to take cooperation of students to maintain cleanliness in schools and kitchen gardens.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the students used to sweep the floor of their schools earlier to maintain cleanliness. He said he, too, would have the clean the floor of his school, as one should not be ashamed of doing the work of one’s own school.

The Chief Minister further said that food should be nutritious, seasonal and frugal to maintain health. The aim of setting up kitchen gardens in schools is to provide fresh vegetables to students, he added.

HRD min rolls out ‘digital boards’ without planning funds

In another, ‘expected’ decision, the government plans to replace all traditional boards with digital boards. They plan to replace seven lakh boards within three years. A noble cause but forgot to allocate any funds.

HRD minister Prakash Javadekar rolled out the scheme to equip five lakh classrooms of the higher secondary and senior secondary schools (classes IX to XII) of the government schools as well as two lakh classrooms of the public-funded higher education institutes.
While the ministry aims to cover nearly 1.5 lakh secondary and senior secondary schools under the scheme by 2022, the university grants commission (UGC) has proposed to cover 300 universities and 10,000 colleges under the scheme in three years, starting from 2019.
India has nearly 15 lakh schools across the country and close to 50,000 higher education institutions. About 10% of the schools and higher education institutions are already equipped with digital boards.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley rolled the scheme in the last budget under ‘Operation Digital Board’ scheme. This scheme requires fund of 7000-10000 crores. The Finance Minister didn’t allocate or planned any funds.

When asked about the funds, Javadekar said not to worry and would soon plan the scheme properly. It is assumed that the funds could be made available for implementation of the ‘operation digital board’ in schools from Rs 36472.40 crore allocated to the school education department on the head of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).

The pedagogical improvement is the need of the hour. The problem is that the government again haphazardly revealed the scheme without planning from where these funds will come. This makes the scheme just an inflated bloat of election goodies.

In Prayagraj, School conducted in open as stray animals locked inside the premise

A few days ago, Chief Minister of UP, Yogi Adityanath, in his speech, directed all the district magistrates to ensure that farmers don’t face any problem due to stray animals. He also ordered to shift those stray cattle to ‘Gau Sanrakshan Kendras’ by January 10.

The farmers in Bhadivar village in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj district wanted the solution immediately. That’s why they locked more than 100 cattle in the school premise. Due to this, classes had to be conducted in the open.

Principal Kamlesh Singh said that when he reached 9 am, he found over 100 stray cattle locked inside the premises of the school in Shankergarh development block.

“The school starts at 10 am. As the school gate was locked and over two dozen agitating farmers, armed with sticks, were sitting outside the gate, as many as 40 students were made to sit and study outside the premises. The agitating villagers were not in favor of opening the gates,” he said.

The sub-divisional magistrate, Bara, DS Pathak said the villagers were agitated as the stray cattle have been destroying their crops for the last several months. “We got the school premises vacated by 1.30 pm. Measures will be taken to ensure that such an incident is not repeated,” he said.

According to reports, residents of Bhadivar village and its surrounding localities in Shankergarh block have been suffering from the stray cattle menace for the last few months. Failing to get any relief despite lodging a complaint with tehsil officials, they were forced to lock as many as 100 animals inside the primary school.

The situation of stray animals is getting worse day by day. The government spends a fortune on cows. They have brain-washed the public to that extent that they believe cow protection is their only reason to be alive. People are killing their compatriots in the name of the cow. But, what they do with their ‘Goddess/Mother Cow’? They leave them to eat garbage, litter in public, wander on fields, etc. Is this the way should you treat your Goddess/Mother? Or, is it just a newer form of hypocrisy to lure votes and generate hatred among citizens?
