इंदौर : मंत्री तुलसी सिलावट का प्रतिनिधि बनकर में 50 लोगों से करी ठगी

मध्यप्रदेश(Madhya Pradesh) के जल संसाधन विभाग(Water Resource Department) में सरकारी नौकरी(Government Job) लगवाने का झांसा देकर 50 से ज्यादा बेरोज़गार युवकों को ठगे जाने का मामला सामने आया है। यह बदमाश खुद को मंत्री तुलसीराम सिलावट(Tulsi Silawat) का प्रतिनिधि बताता था और उन्हीं के विभाग में नौकरी दिलवाने का झांसा देता था।

आरोपी ने इंदौर और उसके पास के बेरोजगार युवकों को सरकारी नौकरी दिलाने का वादा किया और उनसे रुपए भी वसूले। आरोपी ने किसी से एक लाख तो किसी से 50 हजार रुपए वसूले । लोगों ने सरकारी नौकरी के लालच में आकर उस बदमाश को पैसे दे दिए। बदमाश ने फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र भी दिया था। जब फरियादी युवक वह नियुक्ति पत्र लेकर विभाग में नौकरी ज्वाइन करने पहुंचा तब उसके पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई।

विभाग में जाकर पता चला कि वह लेटर फर्जी है। उस बदमाश ने बेरोजगार युवक को जल संसाधन विभाग का फर्जी नियुक्ति के पत्र छाप कर दे दिया था। युवक ने इस मामले की शिकायत इंदौर के भवरकुआं थाने में दर्ज करवाई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने योजना बनाकर आऱोपी को पकड़ने के लिए जाल बिछाया। अन्य युवक से नौकरी लगवाने में मदद मांगने के लिए आरोपी को फोन लगवाया। जब आरोपी बेरोजगार युवक से मिलने आया तो पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

मध्यप्रदेश(Madhya Pradesh) के ई-टेंडरिंग घोटाले(E-tender Scam) के जांच के चलते कमलनाथ सरकार(Kamalnath government) में मुख्य सचिव रहे एम गोपाल रेड्डी(M. Gopal Reddy) आ गए हैं। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने रेड्डी के हैदराबाद स्थित आवास पर छापा मारा है। इस दौरान ईडी के अधिकारियों ने रेड्डी के यहां मौजूद दस्तावेजों की छानबीन की। शिवराज सरकार के दौरान जब यह घोटाला हुआ था तब रेड्डी जल संसाधन विभाग के एसीएस थे।

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने भोपाल, हैदराबाद और बेंगलुरु सहित करीब 16 जगहों पर छापेमारी की है। रेड्डी के अलावा उन कंपनियों के यहां भी छापे की सूचना है, जिन्हें टेंडर में टेम्परिंग कर ठेके दिए गए। एक टीम ने बुधवार को भोपाल में हैदराबाद की ही आईटी कंपनी ऑस्मो आईटी सॉल्यूशन के मानसरोवर कॉम्प्लेक्स स्थित दफ्तर पर कार्रवाई की थी। सबसे ज्यादा जल संसाधन के 7 ठेकों के ई टेंडर में घोटाले होने के आरोप हैं।

मध्यप्रदेश ईओडब्ल्यू ने कंपनी के 3 डायरेक्टर विनय चौधरी, वरुण चतुर्वेदी और सुमित गोलवलकर को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज चुकी है। ईओडब्ल्यू का आरोप है कि इन्होंने फर्जी डिजिटल सिग्नेचर तैयार कर अपने कस्टमर कंपनी को मध्यप्रदेश के अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से ई-टेंडर में बिडिंग कराकर काम दिलाया था।

मध्यप्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री प्रभुराम चौधरी की पत्नी डॉ नीरा चौधरी को भोपाल में संयुक्त स्वास्थ्य संचालक का प्रभार दिया जाने पर लेकर सियासत गरमा गई है। आरोप लग रहे हैं कि कई सीनियर डॉक्टर्स को दरकिनार करते हुए प्रभुराम चौधरी की पत्नी नीरा चौधरी को ये जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

भोपाल सीएमएचओ की नियुक्ति पर भी काँग्रेस के पूर्व मंत्री सज्जन सिंह वर्मा ने स्वास्थ्य मंत्री पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि प्रभुराम चौधरी एक असफल स्वास्थ्य मंत्री हैं। और पूरे परिवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जिम्मेदारी देकर सभी को खतरे में डाला जा रहा है। स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से चरमरा जाएगी। इस बड़ी आपदा में इस प्रकार के कदम उठाना जनता को मौत के मुँह में धक्का देने के समान हैं।

गृह मंत्री लेते हैं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के फैसले

सज्जन सिंह वर्मा ने यह भी कहा कि प्रभुराम चौधरी खुद स्वास्थ्य विभागों का फैसला नहीं ले पाते हैं। खुद गृह मंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा स्वास्थ्य विभाग का फैसला लेते हैं। प्रभुराम चौधरी को स्वास्थ्य विभाग में फैसले लेने का कोई अधिकारी नहीं है। अब जिस व्यक्ति को अधिकार ही नहीं है, वह क्या स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को ठीक करेगा ?

ड्राचमा कॉइन: निवेशकों को चूना लगाकर करोड़ो लूटने वाला एक और क्रिप्टोकरंसी घोटाला

क्रिप्टोकरंसी घोटाला के नाम पर निवेशकों से लाखों -करोरों की ठगी करने का एक और मामला सामने आया है। जिसमें सैकड़ों निर्दोष निवेशकों के करोड़ों रुपए डूब गए। निवेशकों द्वारा दिये गए सबूतों के अनुसार, ड्रामचा कॉइन घोटाले में भारत और दुबई के कई निवेशकों का पैसा डूबा है। कॉइन में निवेश करने वाले एक निवेशक के अनुसार घोटाले के मास्टर माइंड मनीष बंसल, देबाशीष पटनायक, अमित कुमार वैश्य, हरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह और विवेक कुमार है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, कंपनी से जुड़े लोगों ने नवंबर 2017 में भारत और दुबई में रह रहे कई निवेशकों से संपर्क किया और निवेशकों को भारी मुनाफे का लालच देते हुए अपने नए क्रिप्टोक्यूरेंसी ड्रामचा कॉइन में निवेश करने का ऑफर दिया। जिसका नाम बदलकर बाद में उन्होंने डी कॉइन कर दिया। क्रिप्टो कर्रेंसी का लॉन्च इवेंट 14 दिसंबर 2017 को कंबोडिया में आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें लगभग 250 निवेशकों ने भाग लिया था। कंपनी ने अकेले दुबई के निवेशकों से करोड़ों रुपये जुटा लिए। कंपनी द्वारा निवेशकों से जुड़े रहने के लिए बनाए गए उनके टेलीग्राम ग्रुप में दुनियाभर के 1500 से अधिक निवेशकों को जोड़ा गया था। जिससे निवेशकों की संख्या के हिसाब से घोटाले की रकम सैकड़ो करोड़ तक पहुंचती दिखती है।

मिली के अनुसार, देबाशीष पटनाइक कंबोडिया स्थित डी एंड डी ग्रुप के चैयरमैन है। वहीं अन्य आरोपियों में मनीष, अमित, हरेंद्र और विवेक पर भी निवेशकों को धोखा देने का कथित रूप से आरोप है। समूह पर कथित रूप से मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग और हवाला कारोबार में भी शामिल होने के आरोप हैं।

अमित कुमार वैश्य और हरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह 500 करोड़ रुपये के एक अन्य क्रिप्टोकरंसी, मनी ट्रेड कॉइन (एमटीसी) घोटाले का हिस्सा थे। जिसका पिछले साल महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने भंडाफोड़ किया था।

पीड़ित सुनील ने एमटीसी कॉइन के मामले में बताया कि, “अगस्त 2017 में अमित और हरेन्द्र ने मुझे एमटीसी कॉइन में निवेश करने का प्रस्ताव दिया। उस समय अल्विन प्रभाकर नाम का एक अन्य व्यक्ति भी उनके साथ था जो कि प्रेजेंटेशन दे रहा था। एमटीसी कॉइन में निवेश करने के प्रस्ताव के साथ वह लोग मुझसे अमबेस्डर होटल, बुर दुबई और मेरे कार्यालय में कई बार मिले। यहां तक कि अल्विन ड्रामचा घोटाले में भी शामिल है और वह कंबोडिया में हुए लॉंच इवेंट का नेत्रत्व कर रहा था। हालांकि अल्विन ने मुझसे ड्रामचा के लिए कभी संपर्क नही किया।”

कंपनी पर आरोप है कि उसने पिछले घोटाले की तर्ज पर ड्रामचा कॉइन को लॉंच करके निवेशकों को भारी रिटर्न और बोनस का लालच दिया। निवेशकों से भारी मात्रा में नगद एकत्रित कर कंपनी ने इसे हवाला के जरिए भारत भेज दिया।

निवेशकों ने दुबई कोर्ट में आरोपियों के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामला दायर किया और कोर्ट ने उन्हें कारावास की सजा के साथ ही भारत भेजने का फैसला किया। निवेशकों ने कंपनी के खिलाफ एक सिविल केस भी दायर किया। अदालत ने आरोपियों के यूएई आने पर भी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। अदालत द्वारा पारित निर्णय के बारे में पता चलते ही विवेक को छोड़कर सभी आरोपी भारत भाग गए। वहीं निवेशक रेड कॉर्नर नोटिस के माध्यम से अपराधियों को वापिस यूएई लाने के प्रयास में है।

ड्रामचा कॉइन में निवेश करने वालों की सूची

निवेशक भारत में आपराधिक मामले दर्ज करने की तैयारी में हैं और इसके लिए ईओडब्ल्यू और ईडी से संपर्क कर रहे हैं। निवेशकों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार आरोपियों ने भारत आकर कई जगह संपत्ति और वाहन खरीदे हैं। आरोपियों ने भारत में साइबरक्लिप टेक्नोलॉजीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और मैजिकबंच मीडिया जोन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड नाम से नई कंपनियां भी चालू की है।

कीर्ति नगर निवासी अमित कुमार वैश्य और पीलीभीत, यूपी हरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने निवेशकों के कॉल का जवाब देना बंद कर दिया है, वहीं मनीष ट्रेस नहीं हो पा रहा है ।

Drachma Coin Crypto-currency scam surfaces

Yet another cryptocurrency scam has surfaced in which hundreds of innocent investors lost crores of money. Manish Bansal, Debashish Pattnaik, Amit Kumar Vaish, Harendra Pratap Singh and Vivek Kumar were masterminds behind the scam according to the pieces of evidence provided by the victims in Dubai.

According to the information received by the source, in November 2017, the above group approached many investors in India and Dubai and lured investors promising significant return and lured them to invest in their new cryptocurrency namely Drachma Coin. Later they renamed it as DCoin. The launch event of the coin was held in Cambodia on 14th December 2017 which was attended by about 250 investors. They collected a significant amount of money from Dubai investors alone. Their telegram group shows more than 1500 investors from various parts of the world and it seems that they have duped their investors of hundreds of crore rupees. They used to manipulate coin rates on the website (www.drachmacoin.io) and used it to lure investors.

According to reports, Debashish Pattnaik is the chairman of a settled business based in Cambodia, by the name of D&D Group. The other culprits Manish, Amit, Harendra and Vivek are habitual offenders and have been reportedly accused of cheating investors before. Allegedly, the group is said to have been involved in money laundering and Hawala business as well. It’s being said that Vivek is the frontman of the group in Dubai. He is said to operate companies for Hawala operation.

A similar scam was busted by Maharashtra police in 2018 popularly known as MTC scam. Similarly, Drachma Coin was established which lured investors by offering huge returns and bonus coins. They collected huge amounts of cash from investors and routed it to India through hawala.

Investors in Dubai filed a criminal case against the culprits in Dubai Court and the Court punished them with imprisonment and deportation. Investors also filed a civil case against them and they will not be able to travel to UAE. As soon as they got to know about the decision passed by the court, all the culprits, except Vivek, fled to India. However, investors are in the process to send Red Corner Notice to them through Interpol to bring them back to Dubai to face the criminal charges.

Investors are in the process of filing criminal cases in India and are approaching EOW and ED regarding the case. The investors later found out that the culprits have purchased properties and new vehicles and started their own companies namely Cyberclip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Magicbunch Media Zone Pvt. Ltd. They did numerous foreign trips with family to Dubai, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore & Hong Kong, etc.) As they didn’t have a source of financial income, it’s being said by victims that they are spending the money which they got from duping their previous investors.

Amit Kumar Vaish a resident of Kirti Nagar New Delhi and Harendra Pratap Singh a resident of Pilibhit, UP, have stopped responding to investors calls whereas Manish is not traceable.

After Nirav Modi, Another scam rocks PNB

India’s fourth largest bank has reported another big-ticket scam. On July 6, Punjab National Bank (PNB) said in a stock exchange filing that one of its debtors, Bhushan Power & Steel, has defrauded the bank of Rs. 3805.15 crore ($555 million).

“It has been observed that the company has misappropriated bank funds, and manipulated books of accounts to raise funds from consortium lender banks,” PNB said.

The scam came to light during a forensic audit, after which India’s central bureau of investigation (CBI) filed a suo motu complaint against the company, the bank added. The audit was also conducted by the CBI, the Times of India newspaper reported.

Bhushan Power & Steel has been a defaulter for long. In June 2017, it was one of the first high-profile companies that India’s central bank referred to the bankruptcy court after its loans turned into non-performing assets.

This is the second scam of great magnitude that PNB has reported in recent times. In January 2018, the bank informed the CBI that diamond merchants Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi had defrauded it of, what was later ascertained as, Rs14,357 crore. That the fraud had ballooned to such an amount before the bank took notice had led to public outrage and allegations of high-level corruption.

Congress releases video clips on demonetisation, alleges it to be the biggest scam in the History

In a press conference, senior Congress leader, Kapil Sibal, presented the videos during demonetisation era. On the basis of those, he targetted the Government by naming it “the biggest scam in India’s history”.

“Demonetisation is the biggest scam in the history of India. It is sad that our agencies will investigate the opposition, but not those in power,” Sibal said during a press conference in New Delhi.

According to NDTV, Sibal highlighted that the currency exchange was conducted by a team of 26 officials from various departments of the central government. The detailed logistics was allegedly “controlled by” Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah. “Under it, currency from various ministers and business houses were brought in planes to Hindon air base from where it was taken to the Reserve Bank – at a charge of 35 to 40 per cent,” the NDTV report said.

Sibal also alleged that Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and IndusInd bank were involved in the exchange of banned notes. In order to support his claims, he showed the video, which he said, was made by a journalist. He then asked Enforcement Directorate (ED) to look into the matter. He later asked ED, CBI, and the government to arrest those responsible for the malpractices. Sibal later expressed his disappointment by saying that the bodies are partial towards the ruling party’s politicians.

Although this is not the first incident when opposition has presented evidences on large scale fraudulent during demonetisation. On 26 March, opposition stalwarts, Sharad Yadav, Ahmed Patel, Ghulam Nabi Azad, and Mallikarjun Kharge released the video of supporting their claims.

Note-ban was definitely a failure. According to RBI, more than 99% cash returned to the bank. Thus, the ‘surgical strike’ on black money didn’t eliminate anyone. But, this doesn’t mean that the Nation was that much clean. Food for thought is that why corrupt politicians and industrialists did not get caught. Thus, there was something fishy in the whole process. Let’s see if it could be revealed and proven before it get buried forever.

Even after completing three good years of his tenure as a Prime Minister, the appreciation
would be futile if such cases keep on marking. The CBSE leak after the SSC , is a blow to the
prodigious futures of our nation. Many students tweeted and posted regarding the issue and
most of them are ascertain regarding the trust issues with the government organizations. The
parents in the news bites stated that their children are dejected.

Four individuals are arrested regarding the matter and a Special Investigation Team along with
Delhi Police and CBI are carrying out raids at several locations in Delhi to dig inside the matter.
Now , the basic question regarding these chaos arises that is this mega education system of
India totally is in the hands of government ? Is the education system safe and reliable? Is
government taking care of the credibility of the students? The answer to these questions can be a partial yes or no , because on one hand we say that the Americans are threatened of their jobs because of the quality of Indians and on the other hand encounter such scams in one of the biggest exams in our country, quite contrary.

Future of Students

Let’s try to understand the situation of country through statistics of engineering colleges in our country. For instance ‘Bhopal, on one highway, you’ll find at least, two engineering colleges. Now raising the curtains, another survey shows that 9 out of 10 engineerings are unemployed. So what does it show! The debacle of the Indian education system, Obviously. According to Global Monitoring Report (GMR) India is home to one-third of the adult illiterates in the world.

Producing engineers isn’t a solution for a developed nation and developed population, but, spreading education is the most important.

The situation gets more obnoxious when we realise that Jio is ringing bell of every door in India, but our education system couldn’t. Indian education and the global vicinity. A total of 34% Indians are working in Microsoft, 36% is the piston of Indians in NASA, 38% of the total doctors in US are Indians. The numbers are lucrative and worth appreciation.

Now take a look at some other stats-

20.7% at the age of 17 , and
30.2% at the age of 18 are not enrolled in schools.
The smiles would’ve taken an opposite curve after reading this. The foreigners are again doing the same that they did in their 200 years long reign in the country. Stealing our jewels and installing them as murals. But this time, they are not the miscreants , the miscreants are the culprits who couldn’t keep hold of such indigenous talents by not paying them worth their work. A student who applies for a loan and studies hard day and night only to earn a good amount, the accolades are just a consolation for his achievement. Indian system is unable to provide lump sum wages for the services , and instead prefers lending a low wage , low quality service.
This is the reason why our very own. Make in India scheme failed so miserably. These are definitely not good days because working on the higher level cases if we are not uplifting the grass root level problems like education, illiteracy and unemployment.

All You Need to Know about “SSC SCAM”

What is SSC?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a Government of India organisation. It’s function and purpose is to recruit staff at multiple levels in various ministries and central government departments. The body was constituted in 1975 as Subordinate Services Selection Board under the Department of Personnel and Training of the central government, and re-designated as Staff Selection Commission in 1977. It conducts examinations and interviews for recruitment to various posts within its purview. Every year, the commission conducts a graduate level exam, commonly known as SSC-CGL. Due to the job and financial stability, it is one of the most sought-after exams for graduates.

What is the ‘Scam’?

The ‘Scam’ pertains to the Tier 2 CGL examination. The examination was held between February 17 to February 21.

Authorities cancelled the second Shift of the 17th February exam at the Animate Infotech Center in Delhi. On 21st February, several technical glitches delayed the examination. Following this, screenshots of question papers were doing rounds on social media before the exam was over. Various aspirants claimed that the answers for many questions were already marked in the paper.

“In my centre at Badarpur, answersheets were found in the toilet. We called police but no action was taken after that,” alleged Aakash Yadav (25), who has written at least 10 SSC exams for different posts.

Three days later, on 24th February, SSC cancelled the exam. They stated to re-conduct on 9th March. SSC showed no intention to accept the massive misconduct and cheating across the country. This angered the youths and massive protest began on 27th February outside the SSC office in Delhi.

The protest and the response from SSC

Thousands of candidates have been protesting outside the SSC office at Lodhi Road, New Delhi since February 27 and were demanding a CBI inquiry into the paper leak issue. As the massive protest broke out in the capital, SSC met with the delegation of candidates and asked them to furnish evidences to support their claims. Later, SSC Chairman Ashim Khurana rejected allegations that the leakage occurred. “There has been no leakage of any question paper of CGL (Tier-II), 2017. Exams have been fairly conducted from February 17 to 22,” Khurana said. Khurana later alleged the coaching institutes for spreading the chaos to fulfill their motives of postponing the exams in order to conduct crash courses.

While the students gathered spontaneously, they have since found support from political parties and student organisations. The All India Students’ Association (AISA) has been backing the protesters from the beginning, and the NSUI and ABVP, students’ wings of the Congress and BJP, too, have extended solidarity. Their senior counterparts found subject for political mudslinging. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Congress Leader Shashi Tharoor demanded CBI investigation of the matter.

Aftermath

On 5th March, the Centre declared a CBI probe of the issue and the Supreme Court agreed to hear a petition seeking investigation into the alleged scam on 12th March. However, for the mob, these decisions were not enough. They further demanded a proper format for the exam and the standardization on the difficulty level of the question paper.
