IAS Tukaram Mundhe Transferred for the 12th time
In this cruel world where sycophancy and dishonesty rules, being honest and devoted to work is termed as foolishness. IAS Tukaram Mundhe is the prime example of this condition. He is transferred again. This is his 12th transfer in 13 years.
IAS officer Tukaram Mundhe who was posted as the Municipal Commissioner of Nashik has been transferred after corporators in the city passed a no-confidence motion against him.
Mundhe has had to face stiff opposition from leaders of several political parties and in some cases, even his peers.
Mundhe, known for his uprightness and integrity, has been appointed Joint Secretary (Planning) at Mantralaya (secretariat), according to an order issued Thursday by Sitaram Kunte, Principal Secretary (General Administration Department) in Mumbai.
While the normal tenure of a civic commissioner is three years, the 2005-batch IAS officer was shifted out in just months. Mundhe has been having frequent run-ins with local politicians. Due to which, in the four years of the BJP rule in the state, he has already been transferred four times.
Protests against Mundhe’s Transfer
Mundhe’s abrupt transfer, announced Wednesday, triggered a protest in Nashik, where a large number of people gathered in front of the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) headquarters Thursday demanding cancellation of his transfer order.
The protesters shouted slogans against Maharashtra Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan, who is also the Guardian Minister of Nashik district, local BJP MLA Balasaheb Sanap and Mayor Ranjana Bhansi, holding them responsible for Mundhe’s transfer.
The protesters hailed Mundhe as an able administrator. They said soon after taking charge as the NMC chief, the IAS officer had ensured discipline and accountability in functioning of the civic body. He also launched drives against encroachments in Nashik and punished erring civic employees. Mundhe had started a public contact programme, `Walk With Commissioner’ – held every Saturday – where he would interact with the people of Nashik and address their grievances. This had made him popular among local residents.

Guide for Criminal Politicians to get rid of their cases
Bypassing judiciary and making fun of the public is a stunt which should be performed by specialists only. Only few specialists are worthy enough to become ‘Sankatmochan’ for their criminal MLAs. This article is a guide, including short notes on two important cases in recent times which taught the politicians how to flush their criminal records.
Yahweh Yogi
In December 2017, Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, became immortal in the hearts of his MLAs. He initiated the process to withdraw 20,000 cases against MLAs. He termed them ‘politically motivated’ and tabled the Uttar Pradesh Criminal Law (Composition of Offences and Abatement of Trials) (Amendment) Bill, 2017.
Maharashtra Government: Knights of the Round Table
Yogi is not the first one but the flamboyant one. Maharashtra Government passed a Government Resolution (GR) in August 2016. Due to GR, 41 cases withdrawn against the MLAs within the span of 15 months. This was the 4th attempt. Government setup a committee which comprised of Cabinet Ministers and Senior Bureaucrats. They cleared the Resolution in no time. Earlier, government attempted the Resolution in 2010, 2015 and in 2016. Senior cops and District Magistrate made up the committee at that time. So, the mission couldn’t be accomplished.
The most interesting part is that these are the cases which are requested by the government to be dropped as there are meager evidences. Police denies clearly. A senior cop, who was a member of previous committee, has clearly stated that none of the police official gave green signal to the cases. Only MLAs were eager to pass the Resolution.
Conclusion
Its clear as a crystal. Form the government, first. Divert the mind of the public and then brain-wash them. When the people are busy in fighting for senseless things like castes, religion, etc., pass such Acts in the Assembly. And, your criminal background is as clean as an angel (not Lucifer).
Maharashtra Bandh: Much ado about nothing
Maratha community is more or less similar to Patel community in Gujarat. Dominant, large in number, powerful, and every other adjective than backward. They constitute around 30% of Maharashtra’s 12 crore population. They were historically dominant with most of the community had acres of land in their possession. Even after Independence, some of these were sold to the government and got very high revenue. On some fraction of their land, they built factories and mills thus becoming successful industrialists.
Maharashtra already gives a total of 52% reservation. Adding them to the list would lead to the following:
- Either they occupy OBC quota and fight against other communities or they would be given a separate 16% reservation with the addition to 52% original reservation. Total reserved seats would increase to 68%. This would deteriorate the quality of state-run institutes and companies.
- Other communities will begin their quest for the lucrative reservation. The whole country would observe bandhs from different communities like Gurjars, Jats, Patidar, Patels, etc. This would bleed the country dry.
- The cutoff for the unreserved category would increase substantially, leading to phenomenon like Brain Drain and unemployment, which further agitate the society.
- Caste-based politics would increase much further. Already we are observing an ugly phase of religion- and caste-based politics in UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, etc.
- Many political parties would try to become well-wisher of a certain community, would instigate sentiments and manipulate them to garner huge vote shares.
It is already said that, in good governance, people fight to become the best but in poor governance, people want to remain backward. The current scenario summarizes to the fact that people now trying to prove that they are backward and can never stand on their own without the crutches of the reservation.
Maharashtra Bandh for Quota Protests
Maratha Kranti Morcha called a Bandh in Mumbai for pressing demands of 16% reservation for Maratha community. 6 months ago, the same organization was pressurizing government for conducting Maratha community surveys in around 700 villages. The band has been called in areas like Palghar, Thane Raigad and Navi Mumbai. Schools, colleges, ambulances and hospitals are exempted from the bandh.
Tension across Maharashtra continue to flare as the agitation for reservation for Marathas in government jobs and educational institutions has intensified.
The ongoing protest is likely to have a major impact in Western Maharashtra and Marathwada districts such as Aurangabad, Osmanabad, Beed and Ahmadnagar.
2 suicide attempts took place today. One attempted suicide by jumping in the river whereas the other consumed poison. Both are alive and in hospital.
A truck was set ablaze in Aurangabad during the protest. Locals in Aurangabad attacked the vehicle of Shiv Sena MP Chandrakant Khaire when he went to attend the funeral of the youth who drowned in Godavari river in the district yesterday.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra Minister Vinod Tawde said that local authorities and police will be assessing law and order situation on Wednesday. He said that after the assessment it will be decided if schools and colleges will remain operational in the above mentioned areas on Wednesday.
The Conclusion
There is a contest in India among different communities to prove who is the most backward out of all. Reservation system was introduced as temporary crutches so that the backward classes and castes can rise and become equal. Now everyone wants to walk on these crutches despite being socially uplifted or not.
The protesters are mentally backward people who doesn’t bat an eyelid for the society. They don’t think that these protests will cause a havoc in the region as well as lose valuable time for the money-generating activities. The protesters should think about the society as well and keep it as peaceful as possible. Government cannot do anything in order to provide mind to morons.
शिवसेना ने भाजपा से तोड़ा गठबंधन, 2019 में भाजपा के खिलाफ लड़ेगी चुनाव।
भाजपा की सबसे पुरानी सहियोगी शिवसेना ने भाजपा को बड़ा झटका देते हुए एनडीए गठबंधन से अपने आपको अलग कर लिया है। एनडीए से अलग होंते ही शिवसेना ने ऐलान किया कि वह 2019 का लोकसभा चुनाव और विधानसभा चुनाव अकेले लड़ेगी। मंगलवार को हुई एक अहम बैठक में शिवसेना ने यह फैसला लिया।
शिवसेना का कहना है कि भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन करने के बाद उसे हमेशा समझौता ही करना पड़ा है। भाजपा हमेशा उसे नीचा दिखाने का कोई मौका नही छोड़ती। शिवसेना अब अपने आत्मसम्मान और गरिमा के साथ चलना चाहती है। पार्टी अपने आत्मसम्मान से कोई समझौता नही करेगी।

गठबंधन से अलग होने के बाद शिवसेना ने ट्वीट करके प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की 56 इंच की छाती पर तंज कसा । शिवसेना ने। ट्विटर पर लिखा कि ” यह। महत्वपूर्ण नही कि छाती कितने इंच की है, महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि आपमे बहादुरी कितनी है।
यह कोई पहली बार नही है जब शिवसेना ने भाजपा पर हमला बोला हो। इससे पहले भी शिवसेनाके मुद्दों पर मोदी सरकार पर हमलावर रही है।
Maharashtra Government Begins the Survey of Marathas
The Maharashtra government has decided to conduct a sample survey of the Maratha community members in over 700 villages. Call it the fear of the deadline by the Maratha Kranti Morcha or its regular data collection routine, the survey is expected to be completed before February 10.
According to Maharashtra State Backward Class Commission Chairman, Justice (retired) M.G. Gaikwad, the sample survey has been undertaken for data collection to determine the economic backwardness within the community. This will justify its demand for quota in public service and educational institutions.
Maratha Kranti Morcha last month gave an ultimatum to the government saying it should address their demand of providing reservations for the community by February 10. The birth anniversary of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, February 19, will mark the agitation for the demand.
Mr. Gaikwad said the survey will focus on three main bases — the financial, educational and employment status of the Maratha community members.
“The result of the survey would be assessed by the commission once it is completed,” Mr. Gaikwad said.
Among other demands, Maratha Kranti Morcha also wants an amendment of the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act by claiming that it is being misused. They have been protesting and organising silent rallies across the state with each district witnessing a large number of people participating. The group held its first protest last year when a minor girl from the community was brutally raped and murdered in Kopardi in Ahmednagar. The protest which had started at the local level soon turned into statewide protests.
This is not the first time this organization is demanding reservation. In 2003-04, National Commission for Backward Classes rejected the demand for including the Maratha community in the category of Other Backward Class (OBC) category. The Maharashtra State Backward Class Commission had held in 2008 that “Marathas are both economically and politically a forward caste. They never faced social stigma to invite the backward class status.” In 2014, the Bombay High Court had disallowed 16% reservation for them in government services and educational institutions.
Various Maratha organisations held massive ‘silent marches’ last year at 58 places across the State, demanding reservations in jobs and education, among other things. Among them, Maratha Kranti Morcha is the main.
Let’s see if the long quest of Maratha reservation ends or not. Will the uproar and unrest continue to develop in the similar rate or not. Only time will tell whether the rat race of communities proving themselves ‘backward’ will end or not.

पिछले काफी दिनों से पार्टी से नाराज चल रहे पूर्व सांसद नाना पटोले ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की मौजूदगी में कांग्रेस का हाँथ थाम लिया है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने नाना पटोले का कांग्रेस में स्वागत किया है।

उत्तरप्रदेश नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के दौरान ईवीएम गड़बड़ी की कई खबरें सामने आई है। इसी बीच शिमला पुलिस ने सचिन राठौर नाम के एक व्यक्ति को पकड़ा है। सचिन राठौर का दावा है कि वह भारत में इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली ईवीएम को आसानी से हैक करके किसी भी उम्मीदवार को जिता सकता है।
हिमाचल प्रदेश चुनाव में किया था नेताओं से संपर्क।
आरोपी सचिन राठौर ने हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान कई नेताओं से संपर्क करके यह दावा किया था कि वह ईवीएम हैक कर सकता है। आरोपी ने चुनाव लड़ने वाले प्रत्याशियों से उनको जिताने के लिए 10 लाख रुपये की मांग की थी। जिसके बाद कुछ नेताओं ने इसकी शिकायत चुनाव आयोग से की थी। जिसके बाद शिमला पुलिस से इस व्यक्ति के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की।
एफआईआर दर्ज करने के बाद शिमला पुलिस ने एक टीम का गठन किया और आरोपी सचिन राठौर को महाराष्ट्र के नांदेड़ जेल के किंवट से गरफ्तार किया। जिसके बाद आरोपी को शिमला के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश के आवास पर पेश किया गया है।
पुलिस से दर्ज किया देशद्रोह का मामला।
पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 502(2) के तहत गलत जानकारी देने और 1424(ए) के तहत देशद्रोह का मामला दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने बताया की आरोपी सचिन राठौर ने हिमाचल के करीब 30 नेताओं को मैसेज भेजकर संपर्क किया था। अब यह जानना बाकी है कि कितने नेता आरोपी की बातों में आए और कितने नही आए।
भाजपा आईटी सेल में काम करने का दावा।
हिंदी न्यूज़ वेबसाइट newshindi के अनुसार आरोपी सचिन राठौर कंप्यूटर इंजीनियर है और बीजेपी आईटी सेल में काम करता था। अब देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि पुलिस इस मामले की कितनी गहराई से छानबीन करती है और यह मामला क्या मोड़ लेता है।

महाराष्ट्र में किसानों की आत्महत्या का मुद्दा कोई नया नही हौ । हर साल हजारों की संख्या में किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे है । प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फेडनवीस सरकार में आने के बाद से किसानों की आत्महत्या रोकने में पूरी तरह नाकाम रहे ।

Newbuzzindia : देश के सबसे अमीर नगर निगम बृहणमुंबई म्यूनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन (बीएमसी) में मंगलवार को वोट डाले गए। इस नगर निगम में पिछले करीब दो दशक से बीजेपी और शिवसेना गठबंधन का कब्जा है। इस बार दोनों पार्टी अलग अलग चुनाव में उतरी है। पिछले कई बार की तुलना में बीएमसी चुनाव का मतदान इसबार कुछ बेहतर रहा है। इस बार के नगर निगम चुनाव में 52.17 प्रतिशत मतदान रहा। यह प्रतिशत पिछले तीन बार के चुनावों में सबसे ज्यादा है।
चुनाव के नतीजे 23 फरवरी को आने हैं। बृहणमुंबई म्यूनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन के नतीजे राज्य में चल रही शिवसेना बीजेपी गठबंधन सरकार के और शिवसेना बीजेपी के आपसी रिश्तों पर फर्क डालने वाले होंगे। मंगलवार देश शाम अंग्रेजी न्यूज चैन इंडिया टूडे ने चुनाव से जुड़ा एक्सिट पोल जारी किया है। इस एक्सिट पोल के अनुसार 227 सीटों वाले नगरनिगम की शिवसेना सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बन कर उभर सकती है। लेकिन बहुमत से काफी पीछे रहेगी।
पोल के अनुसार शिवसेना 86-92 सीट जीत सकती है। पिछले चुनाव में शिवसेना को 75 सीटें मिली थी। ऐसे में शिवसेना को अकेले लड़ने का कोई खास फायदा होना नहीं दिख रहा है। तो वहीं बीजेपी शिवसेना को कांटे की टक्कर देती दिख रही है। बीजेपी 80 से 88 सीटें अपने नाम कर सकती है। पीछली बार बीजेपी 31 सीट ही जीतने में कामयाब रही थी।
मतलब बीजेपी अपना आंकड़ा दो गुने से भी ज्यादा करने में कामयाब हो सकती है।। कांग्रेस 30-14 सीट जीत सकती है। एमएनएस 5-7 सीटें जीत सकती है तो वहीं एनसीपी 3-6 सीट ही जीत सकती है। अगर वोट शेयर की बात करे तो बीजेपी और शिवसेना को 32-32 प्रतिशत वोट मिल सकते हैं। वहीं कांग्रेस 16 वोट और एमएनएस 8 प्रतिशत वोट अपने प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा बीजेपी राज्य के दूसर नगर निगम में अपना दबदबा बढ़ा सकती है। एक्जित पोल के अनुसार राज्य के दूसरे दो बड़े शहर नागपुर और पुणे में बीजेपी बहुमत प्राप्त कर सकती है तो शिवसेना ठाणे में बहुमत प्राप्त कर सकती है।
